Welcome to Faro Separations ("Faro," "we," "us," or "our"). 3. Eligibility and User Accounts

• Any derivative use of the Service or its contents
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Faro on the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Faro Legal Solutions Ltd.

If you submit, post, or display content on or through the Service (collectively, "User Content"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to grant the license described above
• Your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• Your User Content does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we otherwise find objectionable, at our sole discretion.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faro Legal Solutions Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right
• Any User Content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

If you are a resident of Quebec, please note that these Terms may not apply to you, as our Service is designed for residents of Canada excluding Quebec.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faro Legal Solutions Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us.

14. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
